HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

Your first time with us will be made as easy and flowing as possible , so please don't  be anxious.
Drinking some water before you arrive will aid in the best results from your treatment.
We  suggest you arrive 5 minutes earlier, just in case any pre session  details are required.  Please ensure you bring any referrals, xrays, or  pre screening paperwork provided as required.
Wear  clothing that suits you and makes you comfortable.  Even though most of  our treatments require skin contact, you must wear underwear for your  treatment.  Alternatively, we have disposable underwear available should  you so wish to protect your personal items from oil stains.  Be  advised, all treatment oils we use are water soluable and wash out.
The rest is easy, just relax and enjoy the experience we offer.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

Your first session will be informative and thorough in every way.
Depending on your reason for attending, you may be tested for movement and posture prior to treatments.
Your  therapist will explain what processes will be used, and how treatments  will be performed.  Please feel free to ask questions, and request  things during your treatment, after all, it is about you feeling relaxed  and better than you arrived.
Due to  heavier remedial treatments, some people may feel soreness, stiffness,  or aching in the day after treatment.  This is a natural body reaction.   We advise plenty of water post treatment to flush your system and aid  in quicker relief.
Your therapist will  also suggest things you can do to aid in your ongoing health, such as  stretching or applying hot/cold gels, or may suggest further treatments  to remedy ongoing or persistent conditions.
